(dependent on experience and weld test)</li>\n <li>Company paid health, dental and vision benefits</li>\n <li>401k with competitive match</li>\n <li>Paid vacation&nbsp;and productivity bonus&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Opportunity for career stability and growth</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement program</li>\n <li>Protective personal equipment is provided, or cost of purchase is reimbursed</li>\n <li>On the job training!!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform and document required safety checks on all cranes, welding machines, and tools at the start of each shift and continuously throughout the workday.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, weld symbols, and fabrication layouts to plan work activities.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Select, order, receive, and inspect materials; utilize materials efficiently and responsibly.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform TIG, MIG, flux-core, sub-arc, spot, and seam welding in accordance with company standards and applicable codes.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Conduct hand grinding, finishing, and polishing to required specifications.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Monitor and inspect own work for quality and compliance; consult with Plant Superintendent and/or Quality Control when clarification is needed.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Complete all required production, quality, and project documentation accurately and timely.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Advise and support other fabrication personnel as necessary.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Consistently meet or exceed customer quality, schedule, and workmanship requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain a minimum 95% success rate on X-ray weld inspections.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Operate cranes, hoists, and forklifts as required; successfully complete all required equipment and safety training.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Safely and properly operate fabrication equipment including drill presses, angle rolls, plasma cutters, shears, and hand tools.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform hydrostatic testing of vessels per established procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Prepare finished projects for shipment to customers.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in TIG, MIG, flux-core, sub-arc, spot, and seam welding techniques.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Above-average mechanical aptitude with strong math skills, particularly fractions and decimals.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to accurately read and use measuring devices including tape measures, calipers, and other precision instruments.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Reading and writing proficiency required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated fluency in welding equipment, including setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, and safe operation of TIG, MIG, flux-core, sub-arc, spot, and seam welding machines.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Knowledge of welding parameters, consumables, shielding gases, and material-specific requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Proficient use of pneumatic tools as provided by the company.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Skilled use of hand tools required to complete fabrication and welding tasks.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to safely operate cranes, hoists, forklifts, and material-handling equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of three (3) years of advanced TIG, MIG, flux-core, spot, and seam welding experience.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, ASME codes, and weld symbols.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting team and production expectations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Understanding of and adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Commitment to complying with all safety rules and regulations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong, respectful, &nbsp;communication skills; ability to work as part of a team and assist with training other employees.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>High attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and quality workmanship.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to wear required PPE for the duration of the shift, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Frequent light lifting of objects up to 15 pounds.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Frequent moderate lifting of objects ranging from 15 to 45 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
