Our people truly are our greatest asset!</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The Private Markets Structuring Analyst is responsible for performing adequate assessment of structuring and risks linked to the acceptance of new Private Markets Investments being Private Equity, Real Estate or any other alternative assets with limited liquidity and transferability, in order to mitigate Utmost Group’s financial, operational, legal and reputational risks.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Your responsibilities will be as follows:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proper due diligence of new Private Market investments until the final target assets held within the investment structure to be acquired by and held by the insurance policies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Analysis and good understanding of standard private equity deal documentation and agreement is key for this role</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Enhanced assessment of the valuation of the new unquoted investments as well as all relevant risk factors related to that investment within an insurance policy as a whole</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Close supervision and coordination of any re-structuring, corporate action on existing positions in unquoted assets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensuring proper documentation and filing of collected and analysed documentation and evidence</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensuring accurate application of the corporate Private Markets Investment policy and Private Markets Assets acceptance procedure.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Private Markets Structuring Analyst?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Master (Bac +4) in finance, corporate law or business administration;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">3-5 years’ experience within Private Equity funds administration or Bank Private Equity desk in unlisted companies and private equity funds or audit experience in PE funds or unquoted companies and tax structuring.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry regulatory requirements would be a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong capabilities in risk assessment, analysing financial reports, M&amp;A and corporate finance agreements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong team player and strong communication skills, motivated to learn</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Hands on attitude, we expect you to take full ownership of the cases you will be dealing with</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Fluency in English and any Nordic language – additional languages would be considered as an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Skilled user of MS Office</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><em>As an equal opportunity employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to gender, colour, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><em> </em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><em>Given the sensitive nature of our business, industry sector and the role as described, the selected candidate is required to provide a criminal record (Bulletin n°3 for Luxembourgish residents).
