Account Manager / Sales – Brookvale

Hardware & General is looking for a driven Account Manager/Sales professional to grow our presence across Sydney's building and construction industry.
Based from our flagship Brookvale location, you'll manage existing accounts, uncover new opportunities, and build long-term partnerships with builders, trades, and contractors. If you're commercially minded, self-motivated, and enjoy being on the road, this is an opportunity to join one of Sydney's most established building supply businesses.
What You'll Be Doing
* Growing sales across an existing customer base
* Winning new business and developing new accounts
* Building strong relationships with builders, trades, and industry professionals
* Identifying opportunities and providing solutions that add value
* Negotiating, closing deals, and driving revenue growth
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
What We're Looking For
* Proven success in Account Management, Business Development, or External Sales
* Experience selling into construction, building supplies, plumbing, trade, or related industries is highly regarded
* A natural relationship builder with strong commercial acumen
* Self-driven, competitive, and motivated by results
* Current Driver's Licence and Australian working rights
