    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Fountain Tire Vaughan (8300 Jane St), </strong>an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a responsible, safe, and dedicated associate to join our team as an <strong>Automotive Tire Technician!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What does it take to get on track?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>3 years of experience in the automotive/tire industry is required</strong></li>\n <li>A working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services and wheels is an asset</li>\n <li>A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers</li>\n <li>A keen attention to detail</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills</li>\n <li>Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>You will be responsible for:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger and light truck tires and wheels</li>\n <li>Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)</li>\n <li>Maintaining tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis</li>\n <li>Completing specialty tire work which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.</li>\n <li>Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts</li>\n <li>The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What do we offer?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive wages (based on experience) starting at $23 per hour</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Health, dental, and vision benefit programs for you and your family, including a RRSP program with company matching!</strong></li>\n <li>We will develop your skills and certifications with our excellent training & opportunities for advancement</li>\n <li>The opportunity to work with an excellent team and great customers in a clean, safe, and respectful environment</li>\n <li>Regular full time day shifts, with opportunities for overtime during our busy seasons (spring and fall)</li>\n <li>Discounts for you and your family on tires, parts, and services at all Fountain Tire locations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>At Fountain Tire, you’d have a great place to work!
