You will be responsible for executing test plans that align with product specifications and industry standards. Your work will directly impact product performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with engineers, production teams, and quality, you will help drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, your contributions will support the delivery of high-quality products that meet both regulatory requirements and customer expectations.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Basic understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.</li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing processes and testing procedures</li><li>Proficiency in using test equipment and software tools relevant to product testing.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and product specifications.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Execute functional, performance, and reliability tests to validate product designs against specifications.</li><li>Analyze test data, document results, and communicate findings to engineering, quality and production teams.</li><li>Identify, troubleshoot, and report defects or inconsistencies.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement efforts.</li><li>Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test cases, reports, and protocols.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>In this role, your technical skills will be applied daily to execute test plans that ensure product quality and compliance. Analytical skills will be essential for interpreting test data and identifying root causes of defects. Collaboration and communication skills will be vital as you work closely with engineers, quality and production staff to align testing activities with production and quality goals.&nbsp;</p></div>\n<br/>Monday through Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm. Fridays are used for overtime.",
