This role is responsible for completing maintenance work orders, apartment turns, preventive maintenance, and general property repairs to ensure each community is safe, functional, and well maintained. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing repair, electrical systems, appliance repair, and general building maintenance. This position travels between multiple properties and supports service teams where additional maintenance support is needed.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, carpentry, and fixtures</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Complete maintenance service requests and work orders within 24 hours whenever possible</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist with apartment turnovers (make-readies) including repairs, inspections, and punch lists</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain the interior and exterior of apartment buildings and grounds</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing issues, electrical components, and household appliances</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Inspect and maintain building systems, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire safety equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
