This individual will be responsible for the entire scheduling process including, but not limited to the following:&nbsp;</p><p>Primary duties for this position include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Coordinate surgery with patient, hospital, anesthesia, and physician&rsquo;s schedule.</li><li>Schedule labs, radiology studies, and EKG&rsquo;s when indicated.</li><li>Schedule preadmission surgical appointments if indicated.</li><li>Schedule appointments with family physician, cardiologist, or any referring physicians if appropriate.</li><li>Work with Prior Authorization team to obtain insurance prior authorizations for diagnostic testing and surgical procedures.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Previous experience in medical office performing similar functions, preferred.</li><li>Proficiency (or ability to become proficient) in EMR and related computer systems.</li><li>Strong Commitment to patient care and teamwork.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and maintaining confidentiality.</li><li>Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices.</li></ul><p>Why Join PCI?</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.</li><li>No nights or weekends.</li><li>Paid holidays and a generous paid time off program.</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented work environment focused on quality and compassion in patient care.</li></ul><p>PCI is E.O.E.
