Event workers are primarily used at Firelake Arena, Firelake Ballfields and CPN Clinics. &nbsp;&nbsp;See below for the PayScale depending on what capacity an event worker may work.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Regular event staff $12 hourly</p><p>These positions encompass everything but the functions that require a Liquor license.</p><p><br></p><p>Liquor Licensed Event Staff $14 Hourly + tips<br>These positions encompass everything related to alcohol sales/stocking that requires a Liquor License.</p><p><br></p><p>Lead Bartender $16 * Can’t accept tips as they are not at a sales position.</p><p>This person is responsible for all the sales stations and facilitating stocking, change requests, and breaks if needed.</p><p><br></p><p>Event Worker CDL Driver – Paid peridium per trip.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><p>· Greet patrons attending the events.</p><p>· Provide patrons with excellent customer service by being friendly, helpful, and professional.</p><p>· As patrons enter the gate, examine all ID’s to determine which wristband to place on them accordingly.&nbsp;</p><p>· Assist patrons by providing direction and answering their questions about their seat assignments or locating the facility’s rest rooms.</p><p>· Box office duties include selling tickets, checking online ticket information, as well as examine and collecting admission tickets and/or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued.&nbsp;</p><p>· Assist patrons in concession stands.</p><p>· Maintains facilities, field maintenance, trash pickup and cleaning restrooms.&nbsp;</p><p>· Assist and take temperatures of patients entering the clinics.&nbsp;</p><p>· Show up to work on time as scheduled.&nbsp;</p><p>· Perform all other duties and projects as assigned by management depending on what location the employee is assigned.</p><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:</strong></p><p>· Strong communication and active listening skills.</p><p>· Ability to see details at close range.</p><p>· Must have basic math skills and cash handling skills.</p><p>· Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays according to scheduled events.</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p>· Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time</p><p>· Good wrist and finger dexterity</p><p>· Occasional lifting (up to 40lbs)</p><p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:</strong></p><p>· Fast paced and loud atmosphere.</p><p><strong>NOTE:</strong> The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by an employee in this position.
