With competitive pay and benefits, safe and stable work, and an environment that is caring and supportive, Iowa Premium could become your next career move!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competitive Wages and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Family-friendly benefits including health, vision and dental</li>\n <li>401K Retirement Plan with company match</li>\n <li>Paid Vacation after 1 year of service</li>\n <li>Paid Holiday, personal days, birthday</li>\n <li>Employee Meat Purchase Sales</li>\n <li>Paid Life Insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>For more information on Iowa Premium, click here!</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsabilidades</h2>\n<p><strong>Drafting Technician Job Duties include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Work with the maintenance team to convert designs into technical plans.</p></li>\n <li><p>Liaise with architects, engineers and maintenance personnel to gather equipment and structural requirements and designs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials</p></li>\n <li><p>Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software</p></li>\n <li><p>Design diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate work-flow</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the maintenance team</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Other duties as assigned</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.</p>\n<h2>Cualificaciones</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualified candidates for the Drafting Technician position should possess the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD)</li>\n <li>Familiarity with 3D modeling tools</li>\n <li>Good math skills</li>\n <li>Ability to meet deadlines</li>\n <li>Degree or certificate from a college in Drafting</li>\n <li>Organizational Skills</li>\n <li>Self-motivated, self-directed, self-starter</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview (SP)</h2>\n<p>Iowa Premium, a National Beef Company, is dedicated to being the premier supplier of premium family farm-raised corn-fed Black Angus beef.
