The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks as it relates to the production facility to minimize downtime or unplanned repairs. &nbsp;This position will work, interact and collaborate with contractor services for a variety of maintenance and repair services. &nbsp;This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is second and/or third shift.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</span></strong></span></p><ul><li style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Performs Manufacturing equipment troubleshooting and repairs</li><li style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety Preventive Actions, Quality Policy, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Safety policies</li><li style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Performs Preventive Maintenance (PM) Duties (Includes PM tasks and PM system functions) in accordance with the CMMS and plant requirements</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">QUALIFICATIONS:</span></strong></span></p><ul><li style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>5+ years experience in maintenance or production work in a manufacturing environment required; 3+ years experience in 3 phase electrical required; Experience in process control and welding skills preferred&nbsp;</li><li style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Relevant Certification from a trade school required</li><li style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Ability to follow and understand blueprints, operations manuals, diagrams, and manufacturer&rsquo;s instructions as well as utilize these tools to effectively troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs</li><li style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP&rsquo;s) and of all food safety and physical safety guidelines, rules and policies as they apply to the repair, and operation of equipment and facilities</li><li style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Must have knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC systems, OSHA requirements, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills are required</li><li style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Principles of food hygiene and food safety as defined and described on 21 CFR- Part 117 including the importance of employee health and personal hygiene, as appropriate to the assigned duties</li><li style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Able to stand or sit for prolonged hours, lift 50 lbs., climb stairs and safely utilize ladders and aerial work platforms</li><li style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Must be able to work any shift as needed including weekends to support project execution</li><li style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Standard tool kit required - no tools will be provided&nbsp;</li><li style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Must reside in the Palestine, Texas area</li><li style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'><span data-teams=\"true\" data-pasted=\"true\">Up to $35/hour based on experience and skills&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>&nbsp;<strong>Typical pay range is $30.00 to $35.00 per hours, which is based on skills and experience.</strong></span></p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><em><span style=\"font-size: 9px;\">The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
