We’re hiring and we want difference makers who will inspire children to become lifelong learners.</p><p><strong>Assistant Teachers:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Love to help!</strong> Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.&nbsp;Maintain a fun,&nbsp;interactive classroom that is clean and organized.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Love to engage!</strong> Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Love to learn!</strong> Complete extensive training on&nbsp;childcare, preschool&nbsp;and child&nbsp;development topics.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>We&nbsp;want energetic, dependable individuals, with a passion for working with children, who have: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.&nbsp;</li><li>The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Compensation &amp; Benefits:</p><ul><li>Pay $17.51 - $19.10 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience&nbsp;</li><li>Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.&nbsp;</li><li>Limited medical offered for part-time workers.&nbsp;</li><li>Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees</li><li>Monday-Friday work week</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;</p>",
