This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes on vehicle components.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Level</span></span></p>\n<p>Technician</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Reports To</span></span></p>\n<p>Paint and Body Manager</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tape off painted areas of vehicles to protect them during the Raptor Liner application process.</li>\n<li>Sand vehicle tubs to prepare surfaces for coating.</li>\n<li>Thoroughly clean surfaces using wax and grease remover to ensure proper adhesion.</li>\n<li>Apply seam sealer to any necessary seams.</li>\n<li>Mix and spray Raptor Liner with precision and accuracy.</li>\n<li>Proactively seek additional tasks to stay productive when assigned work is completed.</li>\n<li>Arrive on time with a professional appearance, ready to work at start of shift.</li>\n<li>Adhere to the company dress code and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.</li>\n<li>Complete daily SOS/sign off sheet.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Required Skills and Abilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>General automotive knowledge and familiarity with vehicle components.</li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li>\n<li>Competence in using air hoses, power tools, and related equipment.</li>\n<li>Strong time management skills to meet production deadlines.</li>\n<li>Dependability and a commitment to producing high-quality products.</li>\n<li>Reliable transportation to and from work.</li>\n<li>Ability to work overtime evenings and weekends as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Education Background and Experience</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Previous liner spray or paint and body experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Physical Demands (To include but not limited to) </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prolonged periods of standing or walking around the workspace.</li>\n<li>Frequently lifting heavy objects, such as tools, parts, or equipment, often weighing up to 50-75 pounds.</li>\n<li>Regularly bending, stooping, or crouching to work on vehicles at different heights.</li>\n<li>Moving large or heavy equipment, carts, or vehicles within the shop.</li>\n<li>Precise manipulation of tools, small parts, and diagnostic equipment.</li>\n<li>Continuous use of hands, arms, and fingers for tasks like tightening bolts, sanding, or painting.</li>\n<li>Exposure to loud noises from power tools and machinery.</li>\n<li>Using equipment like impact wrenches or sanders that produce significant vibration.</li>\n<li>Working in non-climate-controlled environments, leading to exposure to heat or cold.</li>\n<li>Potential exposure to dust, fumes, and chemicals like solvents, oils, and paints.
