If you are ready to enjoy going to work every day, come grow with us!\n\n Compensation \n\n $65,000 $200,000 per year total rewards, based upon experience. \n\nService, maintain and continue to build a very well established territory. Provide quality and timely diagnosis and estimates for tree, plant health care, and lawn care for residential and commercial clients in the Southern Westchester County area..\n\n Responsibilities \n\n Visit high end commercial and residential properties to diagnose and monitor landscapes.\n Develop client proposals, negotiate contracts and bid proposals for residential and commercial customers.\n Develop and implement tree care, lawn care & plant health care programs.\n Set up crews, supervise work being performed, and complete jobs to client satisfaction.\n Continually prospect for new business.\n Maintain a safe and controlled workplace and environment.\n Enforce company safety and training policies.\n Attend community and industry events to interact with the community and enhance your personal and professional brand.\n\n Requirements\n\n Skills/Abilities \n\n The proven ability to establish, maintain and grow a sales territory.\n Hands on knowledge of tree, plant and lawn care.\n The ability to correctly and effectively diagnose and price various tree care treatments.\n The ability to prepare and present proposals.\n Major account management.\n Excellent verbal and written communication skills/listening skills.\n\n Education/Training \n\n Two or four year degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Environment Sciences, Biological Sciences, or equivalent.\n Valid driver’s license.\n ISA certification mandatory, or the ability to secure certification within 90 days.\n\n Benefits\n\nAlmstead offers, medical and dental plans with employer contribution, 401K retirement savings plan, paid time off, vehicle allowance, insurance stipend, and more!\n\nAlmstead Tree & Shrub Care Company, LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment."
