    "description_html": "<div class=\"job_description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>To&#160;perform&#160;this&#160;job&#160;successfully,&#160;an&#160;individual must be&#160;able&#160;to&#160;perform&#160;the essential functions of this position satisfactorily.&#160;&#160;The requirements&#160;listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.&#160; This is considered a&#160;safety&#160;sensitive position.&#160;&#160;</p><p><strong>&#160;DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:&#160;</strong></p><ul><li>Must have previous experience managing and running crews.</li><li>Make daily pre-trip inspections of assigned truck and other assigned equipment.&#160;</li><li><p>Responsible for time keeping for the crew,&#160;recording&#160;all&#160;material usage,&#160;and recording accurate quantities of items installed, accurately&#160;and in accordance with company guidelines.&#160;&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Be familiar with&#160;CSSC&#160;job numbers and projects. &#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Check in weekly with&#160;Operations Manager/Superintendent to go over jobs performed that week and discuss any questions, concerns, update on crew, etc. to assure you are handling the responsibilities assigned.&#160;&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure all material is prepped and loaded for the scheduled work&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Discuss&#160;current job&#160;with&#160;crew&#160;and confirm that all employees have proper PPE needed for the scheduled work.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Always carry extra PPE in vehicle to assign, as needed, to laborers.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Correctly load and secure all loads&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Drive assigned vehicle / equipment to and from job site&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Make minor repairs to maintain equipment, as needed&#160;&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Responsible for&#160;overall maintenance of assigned equipment&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Manually load or unload equipment, materials or supplies&#160;or oversee employee performing this task.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist with&#160;layout&#160;of roadway markings&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Perform&#160;and direct a&#160;roadway&#160;crew for&#160;preparation, including grinding, sealing, tape&#160;removal,&#160;or other operations as necessary and&#160;directed&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Responsible for ensuring the work zone traffic control is safe and assigning properly certified flaggers as needed.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Oversee the cleaning&#160;and organizing of&#160;warehouse, shop, yard,&#160;office,&#160;and vehicles to maintain a clean, safe work environment&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Must&#160;follow all company policies, procedures, and protocols.&#160;&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure all employees under your&#160;supervision&#160;are aware of and follow company policies, procedures, and protocols.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Any other duties assigned&#160;as needed.&#160;</p></li></ul><p><strong>SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:&#160;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Must possess good interpersonal skills&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Good communications skills, both written and oral&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to read and understand gauges and other indicators.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong critical thinking skills&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to apply concepts of basic math&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to manage time between two or more projects at one time.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to read and comprehend instructions and procedures&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Possess ability to read a tape measure&#160;and plan documents&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>The ability to apply knowledge and skills to achieve intended results&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Must&#160;successfully complete&#160;Traffic Control Technician certification&#160;training as assigned by the company.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Must hold current Forklift certification&#160;</p></li></ul><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:&#160;</strong></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Valid CDL driver&#8217;s license and Physical Card&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Must meet the fleet policy driver eligibility requirements in order to be a company sanctioned driver&#160;&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Must&#160;successfully complete&#160;First Aid, CPR, AED and Flagger certification&#160;training as&#160;assigned&#160;by the company.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Satisfactory background check&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Available for on/call needs as requested&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations&#160;</p></li></ul><p><strong>CSSC&#160;is a drug and alcohol-free workplace.&#160;&#160;&#160;</strong></p>",
