Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, proven leadership experience, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales growth
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals
Oversee campaign planning, implementation, and performance analysis across multiple channels
Ensure projects are executed on-budget and on-time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, and leadership
Analytics & Reporting / Build a Data-Driven Marketing Culture: track KPIs, report on campaign performance, and use analytics to guide decisions
Identify new growth opportunities and optimize customer acquisition strategies
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
BA/BS degree in Marketing or Communications
5-7 years of experience in a similar position (Marketing Communications) required
Strong leadership and team development skills
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Applications to include but not limited to; Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point, Adobe Suite and CRM Tools (Hubspot preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Innovative mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of brand development and positioning strategies
Excellent project management skills
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence
Effectively communicate in both verbal and written form
Willingness to explain difficult issues and think quickly
