This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales growth</li>\n <li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals</li>\n <li>Oversee campaign planning, implementation, and performance analysis across multiple channels</li>\n <li>Ensure projects are executed on-budget and on-time</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, and leadership</li>\n <li>Analytics & Reporting / Build a Data-Driven Marketing Culture: track KPIs, report on campaign performance, and use analytics to guide decisions</li>\n <li>Identify new growth opportunities and optimize customer acquisition strategies </li>\n <li>Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Education and Experience:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BA/BS degree in Marketing or Communications</li>\n <li>5-7 years of experience in a similar position (Marketing Communications) required</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and team development skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Skills:</u><u></u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Applications to include but not limited to; Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point, Adobe Suite and CRM Tools (Hubspot preferred)</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li>\n <li>Innovative mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities </li>\n <li>Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skills</li>\n <li>Knowledge of brand development and positioning strategies </li>\n <li>Excellent project management skills</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence </li>\n <li>Effectively communicate in both verbal and written form </li>\n <li>Willingness to explain difficult issues and think quickly</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Other:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
