We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Major/Essential Functions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide one-on-one high quality, concierge style private nursing care &amp; support to adult patients in their homes or hotel in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding cities</li>\n<li>Duties include hands on direct registered nursing care with clients, advocating, educating, care coordination, and more</li>\n<li>Focus is post-surgical, post-hospitalization, aging at home and hospice client populations</li>\n<li>Provides Nursing care based on the Arizona State Nurse Practice Act, The American Nurses Association Code of Ethics and the Massachusetts Nurse of the Future</li>\n<li>Contractor position (W9, taxes not withheld, no benefits, shifts not guaranteed) </li>\n<li>Must be able to complete patient charting on a self-supplied smart phone or tablet</li>\n<li>Weekday, overnight/NOC, weekend, holiday and day shifts available (all major holiday's = holiday pay)</li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must commit to monthly shift claiming</span></span></li>\n<li>Shifts range from 1 - 12 hours based on client needs; shifts are autonomously selected.</li>\n</ul>",
