    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The Watchmaker is responsible for evaluating, repairing and testing quartz, digital and mechanical watches; refinishing cases; resizing bracelets and replacing bands; and maintaining records of their work.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Changes batteries and energy cells</li><li>Replaces 2 hand, 3 hand movements, and complicated multifunctional movements</li><li>Sizes watch bracelets and band replacements</li><li>Polishes and refinishes watches</li><li>Sets digital and quartz watches with multiple functions</li><li>Diagnoses and estimates internal and external issues of all watches</li><li>Performs vacuum and pressure testing of watches</li><li>Uses a voltage/ohm meter to test power consumption of movements and capacitors</li><li>Understands how to quality control your work after completion</li><li>Maintains strict guidelines for productivity, quality, and high standards of individual performance</li><li>Works in coordination with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations (maintain equipment &amp; tools, order consumables)</li><li>Maintains a clean and efficient space in personal work area and in general workshop</li><li>Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>A high school diploma and a minimum of three years experience as a Watchmaker or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Experience repairing quartz, digital and mechanical watches&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with standard Swiss equipment such as timing machines (i.e. Witchi, Elma, Greiner), vacuum and pressure testers, case opening tools, etc. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to cope under pressure in a busy &amp; fast paced environment</li><li>Ability to maintain a quick &amp; efficient workflow, repairing numerous watches per day, mixing complex and standard work tasks daily&nbsp;</li><li>Basic computer knowledge for reporting, tracking of repairs, and managing daily tasks&nbsp;</li><li>Team player, good communication skills, drive for excellence, customer service focus</li><li>Unwavering attention to detail</li><li>Willingness to learn</li></ul><p><br></p><p>EOE</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
