Your success is our success! Nurture Leads:  Handle every lead with the utmost care and charm, turning potential prospects into loyal customers. WOW Our Customers:  Every interaction is an opportunity to impress. You create WOW moments. Build your style to leave an impression on your customers. Keep it Organised:  Maintain a transparent, well-structured sales pipeline. Accurate data and clear visibility are your best friends. Drive Continuous Improvement: Always aim higher. Boost our conversion rates and drive revenue growth with every step. What we’re looking for Native-level French speaker, with excellent communication skills (written and spoken). B2B sales experience, ideally in interior design, architecture, or office solutions. Skilled in virtual selling — you build trust easily over video and email. Strong knowledge of French business culture and how purchasing decisions are made. Structured thinker who manages leads methodically and strategically. Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, curious, and eager to improve with every interaction. A true team player — ready to grow with us, share feedback, and celebrate wins together. Process mindset & continuous improvement: A structured, improvement-oriented way of working, with an interest in understanding, developing, and optimizing operational processes in collaboration with the Operational Excellence team.
