Ideal candidates will have several years of accounting experience including experience with technical accounting, CPA preferred.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee daily accounting activities, including journal entries, accounting reconciliations, and month-end close processes</li>\n <li>Support M&A activities including setting up acquisition entries</li>\n <li>Prepare NAV calculations</li>\n <li>Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports</li>\n <li>Support end of year accounting activities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education Required</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors degree in Accounting or Related</li>\n <li>CPA preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Experience Required</p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years experience in accounting or finance</li>\n <li>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office / Google Suite</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with little oversight</li>\n</ul>",
