    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Title: Frontend Lead</strong></p>\n<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for an exceptional <strong>Frontend Lead -Vue.js, Spring MVC ,Thymeleaf</strong> who is highly <strong>hands-on</strong> and deeply experienced in<strong> Vue.js, Spring Thymeleaf and performance engineering</strong>. The ideal candidate will lead the development of a <strong>scalable frontend framework</strong> that supports <strong>both Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Client-Side Rendering (CSR)</strong> while optimizing site performance and user experience.</p>\n<p>This role involves architecting and developing a <strong>state-of-the-art frontend system</strong> that integrates seamlessly with our <strong>Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layer, powered by Spring Boot microservices</strong>, and deployed on <strong>Google Cloud Platform (GCP)</strong>.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and build a <strong>high-performance frontend framework using</strong> <strong>Spring MVC, Thymeleaf and Vue js</strong></li>\n <li>Implement <strong>SSR/CSR hybrid strategies</strong> to optimize rendering, SEO, and page performance.</li>\n <li>Architect and optimize the <strong>BFF layer</strong> to enhance frontend-backend interactions.</li>\n <li>Improve <strong>frontend performance</strong> using lazy loading, predictive prefetching, tree shaking, and edge caching.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize API designs and system efficiency.</li>\n <li>Optimize frontend applications for speed, security, and scalability in <strong>GCP</strong> environments.</li>\n <li>Lead, mentor, and coach frontend engineers, promoting technical excellence.</li>\n <li>Stay up to date with industry trends, especially in <strong>frontend performance optimizations</strong>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>8+ years of experience</strong> in <strong>Spring MVC, Thymeleaf and Vue js and SEO optimization </strong>.</li>\n <li>Strong <strong>JavaScript/TypeScript</strong> proficiency with modern ES6+ concepts.</li>\n <li><strong>Must-have experience with GraphQL</strong> for efficient data fetching.</li>\n <li>Strong background in <strong>frontend performance optimization</strong>, including:&nbsp;\n  <ul>\n   <li>Lazy loading, tree shaking, and code splitting</li>\n   <li>Web Vitals optimizations (LCP, FID, CLS)</li>\n   <li>Edge caching &amp; CDN optimizations</li>\n   <li>Predictive rendering and smart prefetching</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Experience working in <strong>GCP (Google Cloud Platform)</strong> for cloud deployment and CI/CD automation.</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of <strong>frontend security best practices</strong> and performance tuning.</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong passion for writing <strong>clean, maintainable, and testable code</strong>.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide junior developers and drive technical excellence.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Nice-to-Have Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>A/B testing</strong> and <strong>automated UI performance tuning</strong>.</li>\n <li>Expertise in <strong>containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)</strong> for frontend deployments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000<br/>Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000<br/>Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
