This role supports the design and delivery of a modern learning ecosystem&mdash;blending digital, experiential, and instructor-led approaches&mdash;to build employee effectiveness, accelerate employee development, and support future workforce needs.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position plays a key role in translating business priorities and talent insights into scalable development solutions that improve employee engagement, internal mobility, and long-term retention.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Enable a Modern Learning Ecosystem</strong></p><ul><li>Design, curate, and continuously improve learning experiences across digital, instructor-led, and on-the-job channels to support business priorities and employee growth</li><li>Identify and leverage resources, platforms, and external vendors to expand access to high-quality development opportunities&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the Training Committee in identification of training needs and opportunities for US employees.
