The Earning Potential: Base: $75k + super growing to $90k + super for high performers Standard OTE: $110K Strong performers: $120K–$130K Top performers : $140K+ Commission: 10% uncapped on everything you sell What You'll Actually Be Doing Converting inbound leads into revenue through discovery, demos and strong closing Owning your pipeline across new business, upsell and recycled opportunities Running online demonstrations to help clients get the most from the platform Identifying customer pain points and matching them to the right legal and accounting solutions Hitting and exceeding monthly targets Keeping Salesforce clean and staying accountable to your KPIs Collaborating with Marketing and Product to improve conversion and customer experience Who Thrives Here You don't need a textbook sales background.
