    "description_html": "<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>The Blow Mold Lead assists the Shift Supervisor with ensuring that the finished product meets the quality and quantity standards and that work is conducted safely and efficiently.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Assists oversees the work of all Blow Mold employees, machines and equipment ensuring that the quality and quantity of the production meets the specifications.</li><li>Inspects products to ensure appropriate weight, wall thickness and other quality tests to meet product spacifications.</li><li>Conducts and follows up on prior inspections’ findings to address issues with employees and makes recommendations to the shift Supervisor.</li><li>Provides continued support and feedback to production employees to ensure that work is conducted effectively and safely.</li><li>Verifies production count at the start and end of the shift.</li><li>Helps relieve workers from production during their corresponding breaks.</li><li>Assists with material, color, and mold changes process.</li><li>Helps with equipment maintenance, repairs troubleshooting, and reports issues to the supervisor or department manager.</li><li>Identifies and reports quality or safety issues to the supervisor or department manager.</li><li>Coordinates the activities of the team to ensure that all processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Keeps the team motivated to achieve daily goals and acts as a mentor to other team members.</li><li>Provides regular feedback to supervisor regarding the performance of the team, including identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance productivity and quality.</li><li>Collaborates with other leads and supervisors to develop and implement process improvements and best practices for the department.</li><li>Participates in the training of new employees.</li><li>Accurately documents employee behavior and provides to Department Manager</li></ul><p><strong>General Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborates with other members of the team to ensure that deadlines are met, and products are delivered on time.</li><li>Consistently abides by established safety rules, procedures, and regulations including wearing required safety equipment such as safety shoes and glasses.</li><li>Maintains a clean and organized work environment.</li><li>Identifies and reports quality or safety issues to supervisor or manager.</li><li>Works effectively with co-workers and supervisors, sharing knowledge, resources, and experience to achieve production goals in a timely fashion, while promoting respect, communication, and teamwork.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
