    "description_html": "<div class=\"job_description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Our client is seeking candidates for an Intelligence Analyst role to support a Homeland Security customer in Annapolis Junction, MD.</p><p><strong>Description of Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide on-site support to participate in daily operations, ensuring continuous collaboration with the I&amp;A/NTVC staff and&#160;leadership</li><li>Provide a sustained, on-site presence capable of accepting and managing day-to-day tasking's as part of the team</li><li>Participate in establishment activities, security threat assessments and other vetting activities as needed</li><li>Facilitate reach-back to subject matter expertise within the contractor's corporate knowledge base as needed</li><li>Possess 4 or more years of experience in the following areas below.<ul><li>Expertise with information technology tools analyzing the deep web to determine transportation links</li><li>Expert knowledge with identity resolution concepts and techniques</li><li>Expertise with vetting and security threat assessments of insider threats</li><li>Expertise in publicly available social media, the deep web, and other non-conventional data sources</li><li>Ability to independently produce written assessments, graphic representations (in Analyst's Notebook or like capability) of findings, source documentation, and summary briefings in response to tasking</li><li>Previous exposure to or experience with some key areas of concern for I&amp;A, including but not limited to watchlisting, vetting, counterterrorism, transportation infrastructure, open source information such as social media</li><li>Previous exposure to or experience with some or all of the relevant analytic tools for the I&amp;A, possibly including, Analyst's Notebook, or other open source or commercially-deployed network mapping and correlation tools</li><li>Past experience working closely with, or in, government organizations</li><li>Past experience working in new organizations or in forming new cross-functional teams</li><li>Understanding of laws, authorities, key policies and procedures, as well as the privacy and intelligence oversight authorities and procedures</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels in a team environment and develop solutions to complex problems</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Education, Experience, and Security Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree preferred</li><li>A candidate with an active Top Secret clearance</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability</li><li>Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills</li><li>Written and verbal communication skills, to include presentation development for senior ranking Government officials</li><li>Experience and comfort working through problems with unclear outcomes, creative thinking and problem solving, with an orientation toward results</li></ul>",
