We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and safety in every job we perform.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.</p><ol><li>Install gas and wood-burning fireplaces &nbsp; in new construction and residential retrofit environments.</li><li>Install Garage Doors in new construction and residential retrofit environments.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals related to fireplace installation and ventilation systems.</li><li>Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal components for venting systems, chase covers, and other fireplace-related components.</li><li>Utilize hand and power tools, such as drills, impact drivers, saws, and shears, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company safety protocols.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and parts used.</li><li>Ensure all work meets code compliance and company quality standards.</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, project managers, and team members.</li><li>Assist with warehouse organization, inventory, and other duties as assigned by leadership.</li></ol><ol start=\"10\"><li>This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the team member.
