    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p><strong>Scope of Performance:</strong> Management and installation roles of large scale on-site industrial projects, engineering, and facility support</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct jobsite walks, verify work in place (level of completion &amp; compliance with details), and prepare field reports</li><li>Basic communication and organizational skills, with ability to support technical reporting requirements to PMs to communicate project status or field issues</li><li>Read &amp; interpret construction documents for any discipline IFC Drawings, IFC Specifications, shop drawings, vendor instructions, or wiring diagrams (e.g. electrical, controls or process/mechanical)</li><li>Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, and/or Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Utilize familiarity with federal processes, regulations, and standards (e.g., USACE, NAVFAC, DoD projects, NEC, ASME)</li><li>Perform field data collection tasks, such as completing quality control checklists, quantity tracking (take-offs), material receiving inspections, daily reports, and progress photos</li><li>Ability to follow DOD/DON procedures, policy, and guidance.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education and Experience &ndash; Required/Preferred:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in a major development project, engineering, facilities support, management or installation roles</li><li>Experience on federal or complex industrial infrastructure projects preferred</li><li>Experience in mechanical/equipment/piping installation experience at NSF IHD is heavily preferred</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Mechanical equipment/piping fabrication, inspection and/or installation experience is preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability or receive and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.</li><li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li><li>Must complete and maintain Qualification/Certification status.</li><li>Ability to work off schedule and night shift</li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n",
