    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hunt Electric, Inc.</span> is seeking a qualified candidate to fill our<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Electrical Estimator I</span> position to join our team in our Boise office. This role will focus on learning estimating processes and electrical systems.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Estimator I supports the estimating team by performing basic takeoffs, data entry, and document control. This role works closely with our project managers, department and division managers, and foreman to complete estimations.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Major Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with quantity takeoffs and measurements</li>\n<li>Organize drawings, specifications, and addenda</li>\n<li>Enter data into estimating software</li>\n<li>Request and track vendor pricing</li>\n<li>Maintain estimate files and documentation</li>\n<li>Support senior estimators during bid preparation</li>\n<li>Demonstrate an aptitude for learning, goal-oriented mindset for continual growth, with a “Can-Do” positive attitude.</li>\n<li>Actively contributes to a positive team environment.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate knowledge of the National Electric Code.</li>\n<li>Be a self-starter and be dependable.</li>\n<li>Other duties or locations as assigned by Manger.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1–3+ years electrical construction experience or related education</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of electrical systems preferred</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of electrical systems and construction methods</li>\n<li>Ability to read plans and specifications</li>\n<li>Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Proficiency with estimating software</li>\n<li>Team-oriented with strong communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a full-time <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Electrical Estimator I</span>, you would also be eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, short and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and paid personal time (PTO).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Hunt Electric</span></p>\n<p>Hunt Electric, Inc. is a full-service electrical, technology, and infrastructure contractor with wide-reaching services available in a variety of markets.
