This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative problem solver who understands how to build and scale digital marketing efforts across diverse African markets while applying global best practices. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 52); font-size: 10pt\">The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital growth strategies, performance marketing and brand storytelling, with a strong background in SEO, HubSpot, paid media and analytics.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 52); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 52); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">1. Digital Strategy &amp; Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 52); font-size: 10pt\">Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that increase Renew Capital’s brand awareness, website traffic and social media engagement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 52); font-size: 10pt\">Oversee all digital channels (SEO, email marketing, HubSpot, paid media, social media and content marketing).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 52); font-size: 10pt\">Implement performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels) to drive lead generation and investor engagement.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 52); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">2. Website, SEO &amp; Conversion Optimization</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 52); font-size: 10pt\">Manage and optimize Renew Capital’s website for user experience, search engine visibility and conversion.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 52); font-size: 10pt\">Conduct SEO audits and implement best practices to increase organic traffic.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 52); font-size: 10pt\">Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and heat-mapping tools, making data-driven recommendations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 52); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">3. Social Media &amp; Content Marketing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 52); font-size: 10pt\">Develop and oversee social media content and engagement strategies, growing our digital community.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 52); font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with the Media Co team to produce high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, reports, videos, and infographics).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 52); font-size: 10pt\">Leverage founder stories, investment success cases, and industry insights to build credibility and engagement.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 52); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">4.
