From clients to team members to subcontractors, we seek to be the best to work with and for.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold;\">Job Summary:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Assembles prefabricated metal buildings according to specifications.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold;\">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Consults blueprints, work orders, and/or schematics to safely construct specified structure; inquires of Steel foreman or Steel Supervisor where there are discrepancies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Asks Steel foreman for appropriate material for each job based on the desired or necessary strength. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Setting and connecting of structural steel members including columns, beams, purlins, girts, </span>and bracing.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Installing roof and side wall installation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Installing metal roof panels over structural steel and roof installation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Installing of metal wall panels including accurate measuring.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Miscellaneous duties such as caulking, taping insulation, installing gutters and downspouts, general clean-up, demolition, and other duties as directed by the supervisor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Maintains clean and orderly job site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Performs other related duties as assigned. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold;\">Required Skills/Abilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Ability to complete projects with accuracy and precision. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Safely use machinery and tools involved.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Measure and cut materials with accuracy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Follow specific directions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Able to read blueprints to understand project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Work comfortably and safely at all heights.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Able to climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Work overtime as the job may require.<br></span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold;\">Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> High school diploma or equivalent required. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Certification preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> If no previous experience, successful completion of on-the-job training required.<br></span><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold;\">Physical Requirements: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Prolonged periods lifting, reaching, and working on scaffolding and overhead structures. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Must be able to lift and carry awkward sized material of up to 100 pounds at times.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Have full use and coordinate movement of eyes, hands, arms and fingers.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #0e101a;\">Benefits:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0e101a; font-size: 13px;\">We love what we do, and we take care of our people.
