Events Manager

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized Events Manager to help elevate our brand, strengthen customer relationships, and drive pipeline growth across the utilities and technology industries. What You'll Do Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with marketing and sales objectives Plan and manage the full lifecycle of virtual and in-person events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, customer events, and sponsorships Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, ABM, and Marketing Operations teams to maximize event impact and ROI Oversee logistics, vendors, travel, booth design, lead capture, attendee experience, and on-site execution Manage event budgets, contracts, and performance reporting Analyze event results and continuously optimize programs based on data and feedback What We're Looking For A proven event marketing professional who can balance strategy and execution Strong project management and organizational skills Experience managing multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders A data-driven mindset with experience measuring event success and ROI Why Convey?
