Maintain the upkeep of company facilities, repair broken equipment and comply with state health and safety regulations.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)</strong></p><p> </p><p>●       Keeps the building and property in clean and orderly condition.</p><p>●       Performs routine greenhouse maintenance activities.</p><p>●       Performs heavy cleaning on greenhouse floors and tray system.</p><p>●       Proficient use of floor scrubbing equipment and pressure washers.</p><p>●       Mixes cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers in preparation for cleaning, according to instructions..</p><p>●       Support Senior Mechanic and Cultivation Techs with preventative maintenance duties.</p><p>●       Perform monthly deep clean of restroom facilities.</p><p>●       Gathers and empties trash.</p><p>●       Shovel snow from walks and stairs if needed.</p><p>●       Cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture.</p><p>●       Shampoos or steam-cleans carpets and rugs.</p><p>●       Manages inventory of cleaning supplies.</p><p>●       Notifies managers regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems.</p><p>●       Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.</p><p>●       Embodies the culture, values, and tenets of PharmaCann and full support of our purpose, goal, and key objectives.</p>",
