With our years of experience in several states, we can grow, package, and deliver the best cannabis flower and manufactured/infused products to market in Missouri, meeting the high standards of discerning customers who appreciate cannabis in all its forms.<br><br><u><strong>Description</strong></u><br><br>The Delivery Driver distributes cannabis flower and marijuana-manufactured products promptly to our customers across the state of Missouri. This role's time is roughly spent by the following time allocation: 70% state-wide deliveries, 10% local deliveries, and 20% onsite work. <br><br><u><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></u><ul><li>Delivers high-quality cannabis products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.</li><li>Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers.</li><li>Reviews and verifies invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.</li><li>Contact customers to confirm delivery details.</li><li>Determines placement of merchandise, follows safety and lifting protocols during deliveries, and conducts safety reviews.</li><li>Maintains delivery logs and records, with a basic understanding of METRC (state Seed-to-Sale tracking program) as it relates to order manifests and order acceptance by customers. </li><li>Collaborate with Logistics Team on delivery routing and scheduling.</li><li>Assists with the maintenance of company vehicles, scheduling service and routing/driving vehicles to service appointments. </li><li>Assists with in-house order fulfillment tasks, such as: stickering labeling, route planning, and order packing. </li><li>Delivers orders to customers, loading and unloading packages at destinations.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li><li>Maintain a culture of professionalism.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><u><strong>Qualifications and Education</strong></u><ul><li>Attention to detail is paramount to the role. </li><li>A valid Class E commercial driver’s license</li><li>Demonstrated capability to work in an indirect role with limited supervision.</li><li>Some previous experience in a customer facing role.</li><li>Comfortable driving on the road for extended periods of time.</li><li>Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.</li><li>Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.</li><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent</li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li></ul><u><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></u><ul><li>Ability to sit for long periods of time (4+ hours).</li><li>Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Ability to drive long distances. </li><li>Ability and willingness to drive in inclement weather.</li></ul><u><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></u><ul><li>$20.00 per hour, non-exempt</li><li>Health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, with individual employee premiums covered by the company at 100%.</li><li>401k with matching.</li><li>12 days of paid time off.</li><li>9 paid holidays and an additional 3 floating holidays.</li><li>Paid parental leave.</li><li>Generous employee discount.</li></ul>",
