The Drawing Room at Leonardslee House, our new premium tasting venue, launches in July 2026.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>The strategy is set. We need you to deliver it.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You'll run paid Google and Meta campaigns yourself, write newsletters, brief our in-house web developer, social media resource and design team, manage our wedding platform listings, write editorial pitches, and track every booking back to source. You'll have a full in-house support team behind you — no external agencies.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You are</span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>A doer with three to six years of hands-on marketing experience. You build campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager yourself — you don't brief agencies to do it. You write well in English. You're organised, self-starting, and curious. Hospitality, wine or weddings experience is a plus but not essential.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is not for you if</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>You want to manage a team, sit in strategy meetings, or use external agencies to do the work.
