In July 2024, GMIN acquired the Oko West project. The Oko West Project is a new gold discovery in northwest Guyana. It is located south of the historical “Oko” gold district, some 95 km west of Georgetown.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">To ensure the achievement of this large-scale project, G Mining Ventures is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Rodbuster/Steel Bender</span></strong></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Rodbuster/Steel Bender to join our construction team. As a Rodbuster/Steel Bender, you will be responsible for the accurate placement, assembly, and securing of rebar and steel reinforcement on construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of the buildings, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure projects we work on.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Key Responsibilities </span></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Rebar Installation: Lay out, cut, bend, and tie rebar and steel reinforcement according to blueprints and project specification.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Reinforcement Assembly: Assemble steel reinforcement cages, mats, and other structures to</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate placement and alignment of rebar.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) to minimize risks.
