In this role, you will work directly with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure a timely, safe, and accurate job completion.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Essential Job Accountabilities:</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Review and understand the project HSE and Quality requirement, scope of work, specifications, and project overall schedule.</li><li>Prepares Construction Management Organization chart, identify key positions, and prepares mobilization plan, in coordination with Project Manager.</li><li>Establish clear definition of responsibilities for the construction management personnel.</li><li>Reviews and leads the implementation of the project HSE &amp; Quality plans.</li><li>Contribute to project function ability &amp; reviews plans at home office during engineering activities, in coordination with construction support engineer, and subcontractors construction managers.</li><li>Prepares, in coordination with project subcontractors managers, and the project managers, the subcontracting and mobilization plan.</li><li>Prepares the construction schedule in conjunction with the planning engineers with details on specific activities and respective dates of completion.</li><li>Ensure the mobilization of all labor, materials, and equipment in the most cost effective and efficient manner to achieve the construction objectives.</li><li>Commence the project as per guidelines set and ensure the completion of the same as per the above plan.</li><li>Leads the construction management team, fostering continuous inter-discipline coordination to ensure the smooth completion of all activities with minimum interruptions &amp; reworks.</li><li>Promotes excellent working relationships with construction subcontractor team members.</li><li>Ensures continuous construction work fronts availability through preparation and review of look ahead schedules, resource charts, engineering deliverables and material delivery schedules.</li><li>Constantly identify bottlenecks for progress on project and proactively take action to resolve the same.</li><li>Chairs daily, weekly &amp; monthly internal meetings, and ensures action points are liquidated in a timely manner.</li><li>Carry out any other duties as directed by the Area Director.</li><li>Continuously assess, with the QC &amp; HSE managers, the status of project Quality &amp; HSE, and ensures timely closures of corrective actions &amp; non conformances.</li><li>Coordinate and liaison with client/contractor and certifying and regulatory authorities to ensure that the project is in compliance with all requirements.</li><li>Ensures proper and timely hand over of systems/subsystems to commissioning teams and provide assistance as required.</li><li>Continuous performance assessment of subordinates, giving them feedback on their performances, their strengths and weaknesses, giving them clear guidance on areas where they should improve.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Qualifications:</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>Degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering (preferred)</li><li>3+ years of experience in a field supervisory, project engineer, field engineer or project coordinator role</li><li>Must be willing to learn and provide instructions, able to communicate, work in a process-oriented manner.</li><li>Proactively manages resources efficiently.</li><li>Time management</li><li>Decision making abilities</li><li>Strong communication abilities</li><li>Leadership experience</li><li>Ability to travel based on operational needs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Benefits:</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Comprehensive and competitive benefits package that includes medical/Rx, dental, vision, critical illness and accident insurance, and short-term disability.</li><li>Several 100% company-paid benefits including:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Life Insurance&nbsp;</li><li>Long-term disability</li><li>Employee assistance program</li></ul></li><li>Bonus program</li><li>401(k) savings plan with company match</li><li>Generous PTO</li><li>10 paid holidays</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Career advancement opportunities</li></ul><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.</em></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
