    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES  - LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMSW/ PLPC</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Provide individual direct care CPST ,PSR, and P<span>sychotherapy</span> and services to clients.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">General Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides direct counseling services to clients and families - CPST,PSR(in person) ,P<span>sychotherapy</span> and services to clients.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Attends necessary training's and conferences to maintain licensure.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide crisis intervention sessions to clients if needed<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Maintains accurate and timely records, including clinical progress notes, according to HCO’s facility policy.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Provides positive customer relations in dealing with patients, families, physicians, members of the healthcare team, referral sources, service agencies and others.</span><br></li>\n<li>Ensures high-quality services are being provided to all clients served<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid Louisiana clinical license (Licensed Clinical Social Worker: LCSW, Licensed Professional Counselor: LPC, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist: LMFT, Licensed Master Social Worker: LMSW, Provisional Licensed Counselor: PLPC, Certified Social Worker: CSW)</li>\n<li><span>Excellent assertive communication skills. </span></li>\n<li><span>A sound leader who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster cooperation across departmental lines and manage information, environmental and fiscal resources to accomplish goals. </span></li>\n<li><span>Good writing and composition skills. </span></li>\n<li><span>Able to organize and prioritize high volume workload. </span></li>\n<li><span>Able to function with minimal supervision. </span></li>\n<li><span>Therapeutic Intervention De-escalation Education required. </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to maintain overall good work attitude and interact cooperatively and professionally with other staff members. </span></li>\n<li><span>Basic competency in age/disability/cultural diversity needs of patients served and ability to relate to patients in a manner sensitive to those needs.</span></li>\n</ul>",
