If you’re passionate about retail leadership and customer service, we want to hear from you!</p><p></p><h1><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></h1><p></p><ul><li><p>Provide excellent customer service through greeting, phone handling, and efficient POS transactions.</p></li><li><p>Foster a positive team environment and enforce operational procedures, including opening/closing and daily duties.</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively with written and verbal instructions, resolve conflicts, and share relevant information.</p></li><li><p>Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, merchandise handling, and monitoring shrinkage.</p></li><li><p>Support staff with POS transactions, housekeeping, and merchandising.</p></li><li><p>Ensure store quality through restocking and proper product merchandising.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures and completing weekly training.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Education:</b></h1><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or GED</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b><span>Preferred Experience:</span></b></h1><ul><li><p>6 months in a position involving sales, hospitality, or training of others. </p></li><li><p>1 year in a retail operation is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Basic computer skills are required to complete necessary daily tasks.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3><b><i>All Information above is subject to change at any time.  </i></b></h3><h3><b><i>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.</i></b></h3><h3><b><i>Snowshoe is an equal opportunity employer.</i></b></h3>",
