This role ensures consistent, high-quality execution across North America and international markets while supporting commercial objectives through effective event delivery and medical education programs.</p>\n<p>Reporting into Global Marketing, this position partners closely with Sales (US and International), Clinical, and Commercial Leadership to execute programs that support clinical adoption and brand presence.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities </span></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Global Events Planning &amp; Execution </span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and execute North American and international congresses, trade shows, and industry meetings in alignment with commercial priorities</li>\n<li>Manage end-to-end logistics including booth planning, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up</li>\n<li>Oversee event budgets and track performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness</li>\n<li>Maintain global event calendars and project management systems to ensure seamless execution</li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and strong field alignment</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain best practices and operational standards for conferences and trade shows</li>\n<li>Establish ROI metrics and OKRs that align with global marketing OKRs</li>\n<li>Own annual event budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing budget management across global congresses, trade shows, physician programs, and medical education activities</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain event budget trackers to monitor spend, identify risks, and ensure alignment with approved financial targets</li>\n<li>Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, and cost optimization efforts to maximize event impact and return on investment</li>\n<li>Partner with Finance and Global Marketing leadership to provide regular budget updates, accrual reporting, and variance analysis</li>\n<li>Track and reconcile event expenses, invoices, and purchase orders to ensure timely processing and financial accuracy</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings while maintaining high-quality event execution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Medical Education Program Execution</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and execute Clinical Advisory Boards, peer-to-peer programs, PRO-Talk meetings, and physician education events</li>\n<li>Coordinate physician contracting, honoraria, compliance documentation, invoicing, and payment processing</li>\n<li>Support identification and onboarding of new KOLs in partnership with cross-functional teams</li>\n<li>Coordinate logistics for internal and external procedural training programs</li>\n<li>Assist in development and distribution of educational materials to support medical education initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operational &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Global Marketing to ensure consistency across global events and physician engagements</li>\n<li>Support Sales teams with event logistics and materials to drive productive physician engagement</li>\n<li>Manage inventory and deployment of marketing collateral and promotional materials</li>\n<li>Coordinate event-related communications including invitations and follow-up materials</li>\n<li>Provide operational support for special projects and additional marketing initiatives as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Success Looks Like</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">5-8 years global event management experience, medical device industry preferred</span></li>\n<li>Flawless execution of global congresses and physician programs</li>\n<li>Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication</li>\n<li>Efficient budget management and operational discipline</li>\n<li>High-quality physician engagement experiences</li>\n<li>Accurate forecasting and proactive management of event budgets with minimal variance to plan</li>\n<li>Measurable event ROI and optimization of spend against commercial objectives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>We thank you for your interest in Profound Medical.
