The position is based in could be based out of Wilkes-Barre, Olyphant, or Hazleton offices.</p><p>Because our employees are usually involved in several projects at one time, involving numerous team members (such as project manager, engineer, and CAD technician/designer), exceptional communications skills and the ability to work well with others is essential.</p><p><br></p><p>The best candidate will be a Professional (Civil) Engineer with at least ten years’ experience in the design and management of land development projects.
