    "description": "<h2>Summary</h2>\n<h1>Bartender – Part Time</h1>\n<p><strong>WarHorse Casino Omaha</strong></p>\n<h2>SUMMARY DESCRIPTION</h2>\n<p>The Bartender is responsible for serving beverages to guests while consistently exceeding guest expectations through exceptional service, professionalism, and beverage knowledge.</p>\n<p><strong>Starting Pay:</strong> $12.00/hour + tips<strong>Employment Type:</strong> Part Time</p>\n<h1>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES</h1>\n<p>Essential duties and tasks that must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC.</li>\n <li>Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly beverage service to all guests.</li>\n <li>Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards.</li>\n <li>Communicates guest feedback, concerns, and operational issues to leadership.</li>\n <li>Promotes beverage sales through suggestive selling and beverage knowledge.</li>\n <li>Advises guests on beverage selections, including types and styles of alcoholic beverages.</li>\n <li>Promotes, prepares, and presents specialty cocktails.</li>\n <li>Complies with all S.M.A.R.T., T.I.P.S., and ABC alcohol awareness training requirements.</li>\n <li>Adheres to all local and state liquor laws and regulations.</li>\n <li>Monitors guest intoxication levels and takes appropriate action when necessary.</li>\n <li>Maintains awareness of factors affecting the overall guest experience.</li>\n <li>Properly operates refrigeration systems, beer reticulation systems, and bulk dispense systems.</li>\n <li>Follows inventory and stock control procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintains compliance with department policies, procedures, internal controls, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.</li>\n <li>Accepts payment and/or comp authorization for beverages served.</li>\n <li>Balances register and completes end-of-shift cash handling procedures.</li>\n <li>Assists with developing beverage specials and promotions.</li>\n <li>Trains beverage servers interested in bartender advancement opportunities.</li>\n <li>Attends required meetings and training sessions.</li>\n <li>Promotes positive guest and team member relations.</li>\n <li>Maintains a professional, neat, and clean appearance at all times.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>JOB SPECIFICATIONS</h1>\n<h2>Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 19 years of age.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>Minimum one (1) year of bartending experience in a high-volume bar, fine dining, nightclub, or service bar environment required.</li>\n <li>Must possess strong mixology knowledge and beverage preparation skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining professionalism and guest service standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>BENEFITS – START DAY ONE!</h1>\n<p>Working for WarHorse Casino makes you eligible for benefits beginning on your first day of employment, including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full Insurance Coverage Offerings</li>\n <li>Quarterly Incentive Bonuses</li>\n <li>Vacation, Holiday, and Sick Pay</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>CORE COMPETENCIES</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaboration Skills</li>\n <li>Guest Focus</li>\n <li>Communication Proficiency</li>\n <li>Flexibility</li>\n <li>Problem Solving</li>\n <li>Ethical Conduct</li>\n <li>Stress Management/Composure</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS</h1>\n<p>Travel is not required for this position.</p>\n<h1>WORK HOURS</h1>\n<p>Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be available to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.</p>\n<h1>CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Position involves selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages and/or comp authority: <strong>Yes</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License required.</li>\n <li>ServSafe Certification preferred.</li>\n <li>TIPS Alcohol Awareness Certification required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT</h1>\n<p>This position requires prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, repetitive hand and arm movements, and the ability to work in a loud, fast-paced casino environment.
