In this role, you will gain exposure to an entry level detail position in a body shop environment where you will gain the knowledge and skills to help you start your career.  If you are ready to learn and have a positive attitude, then we can teach you the rest!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Valet Final Wash Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of  $18.00. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*This position is 100% on site at Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Perks of working with us:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekly Pay - get paid every Friday.</li>\n <li>401k with a generous Company match </li>\n <li>Vacation (accruals earned on Full Time or Part Time status)</li>\n <li>Vision, dental, and medical care benefits available to any team <strong>full time</strong> team member</li>\n <li>Team member referral bonus program</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement </li>\n <li>Discounts with Corporate Partners like GE, Dell, Oakley, Yeti, Ray Ban, and many more….</li>\n <li>Development and growth opportunities</li>\n <li>Free Employee Parking</li>\n <li>On-site gym, free of charge to team members</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Washes and details vehicles as part of the final delivery process, including exterior washing, drying, vacuuming interiors, cleaning windows, wiping down dashboards, and removing dust, dirt, or debris.</li>\n <li>Applies waxes and polishes to vehicle exteriors to enhance finish and ensure a high-quality presentation.</li>\n <li>Ensures all vehicles meet Collision Repair Center quality standards before delivery to guests.</li>\n <li>Installs and removes disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags in all vehicles brought into the Collision Repair Center.</li>\n <li>Drives vehicles from the Collision Repair Center lane to their proper places in the lot.</li>\n <li>Maintains the parking lot in a neat and organized manner.</li>\n <li>Ensures all vehicles in the lot are kept locked and secure.</li>\n <li>Assists in moving disabled vehicles in or around the Collision Repair Center.</li>\n <li>Retrieves customer vehicles from the lot when requested.</li>\n <li>Inspects each vehicle for lot damage that may have occurred during its stay in the Collision Repair Center.</li>\n <li>Records any external vehicle damage (scratches, dents) and vehicle information on check-in sheet and submits to designated personnel.</li>\n <li>Cleans and maintains work areas, equipment, and the Collision Repair Center department to ensure a safe, professional, and organized environment.</li>\n <li>Follows all company safety policies, operations, and practices.</li>\n <li>Assists in all other areas of the Collision Repair Center, as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintains high ethical standards.</li>\n <li>Maintains a professional appearance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Minimum of six (6) months customer service experience, desired</li>\n <li>Ability to coordinate activities with other employees; read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; work well with the public.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Physical Demands</h1>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
