          "text": "<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>As the Fabrication Supervisor, you will coordinate all production activities and ensure day-to-day operations are completed safely and efficiently. This will ensure that quality products are produced and delivered accordingly and cost-efficiently.</p><p><strong>Minimum Starting Salary:&#xa0;</strong>$70,000.00 - depending on education/experience<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and lead employees in safe equipment operations and instill a culture of zero accidents each day.</li><li>Document and investigate incidents to continuously improve our safety performance.</li><li>Focus on issues and errors and take the lead in eliminating root causes.</li><li>Conduct team meetings focusing on safety, production planning and company policies and procedures.</li><li>Provide daily assignments with expectations and follow up on assignments. Providing feedback/coaching to meet safety, quality, and production requirements.</li><li>Use judgment to plan, perform, and make decisions regarding the sequence of set-ups, operations, and processes within the limitations of recognized or standard methods and procedures.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of all aspects of the associated technical disciplines.</li><li>Knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Applications.</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts such as fundamentals of plane, solid geometry, and trigonometry.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and structural fabrication drawings.</li><li>Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire team members.</li><li>Ability to withstand pressure and adapt to change.</li><li>Ability to multi-task while meeting strict deadlines.</li></ul>",
