Evaluate effects of multiple complex issues/problems and potential solutions and direct the resolution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Science related field</li>\n <li>Minimum 5-8 years' experience in program management or related field</li>\n <li>Ability to champion creative solutions that increase competitive advantage in the marketplace</li>\n <li>Ability to apply expert knowledge of industry conditions and opportunities for competitive advantage to make business recommendations</li>\n <li>Ability to explain concepts in a clear and logical manner, utilizing relevant examples and illustrations</li>\n <li>Ability to respond to concerns or objections and shape communication messages to address them</li>\n <li>Ability to develop ideas and solutions for simple problems while contributing to solutions for complex problems</li>\n <li>Ability to draw upon relevant experience to assist in the implementation of ideas and solutions effectively and efficiently</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>PMP Certification&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must pass a background check</li>\n <li>Must pass a drug screen</li>\n <li>May be required to pass Occupational Health Screening</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pay Range</strong>: $96,000-$119,400/yr.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><i>Education, experience, location and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.</i></p>\n<p>We do not accept unsolicited assistance from any headhunters or recruitment firms for any of our job openings.
