Don't think traditional retail, Bonobos is something you haven't seen before.</p>\n<h2>Guideshop Name</h2>900 Shops\n<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<h4><strong>Bonobos is seeking an Assistant Guideshop Manager, otherwise known as a Retail Assistant Manager, in our Guideshop.</strong></h4>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Assistant Guideshop Manager is a customer-obsessed, multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity and people management. The role reports directly to the Guideshop Manager and in partnership with the Guideshop Manager will manage a team of 1-3 Lead Guides and 4-7 Guides.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Drive business results by analyzing business trends, maximizing daily sales plans, and developing Guides</p></li>\n <li><p>Create an exceptional customer experience by having a strong presence on the sales floor and modeling optimal selling behaviors</p></li>\n <li><p>Coach Guides during scheduled shifts to provide an exceptional customer experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist in recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent</p></li>\n <li><p>Preserve long-term customer relationships by maximizing the Guideshop client book and maintaining outreach expectations</p></li>\n <li><p>Act as the leader in charge when the Guideshop Manager is not available</p></li>\n <li><p>Support the Guideshop’s expense budget, payroll control and procedural compliance</p></li>\n <li><p>Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Inspire, motivate, and lead through Bonobos Core Virtues</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have a minimum of 3-4 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience.</li>\n <li>Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, and fit.</li>\n <li>Able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holiday</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>CRITICAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Cultivate an environment of genuine connection where all customers and associates feel welcome, heard, and valued.</p></li>\n <li><p>Are a triple threat that is made up of equal parts training, sales, and operations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Have a thorough understanding of our brands style and mission: Make Fit Happen.
