DUTIES:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develops and executes a content strategy that aligns with our brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Own and execute lead generation activities, ensuring content and campaigns drive measurable engagement and pipeline growth</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage external marketing agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and commercial objectives</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create engaging, high-quality written content for multiple platforms, including website, social media, campaigns, and marketing material</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee SEO strategy and website optimization to increase organic traffic and conversions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Designs visually appealing graphics and assets to accompany written content, including social media posts, infographics, and illustrations, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage and optimize content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and effectiveness</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manages content calendars, schedules, and workflows to ensure the timely and consistent delivery of content</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Own execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and website initiatives</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conducts research and stays updated on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content creation strategies</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Track and report content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize content effectiveness and improve performance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, engineering) to develop accurate and relevant content.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Own and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, campaign performance, and pipeline visibility</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs other duties outside their scope of work as assigned and required</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; COMPETENCIES:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Associate&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; proven experience in marketing, including content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing, ideally within a B2B or technical environment&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, such as content management systems, graphic design software, and social media scheduling tools</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO best practices, and content analytics</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic graphic design skills with knowledge of visual composition, typography, and image editing</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and exploring innovative content formats</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on execution and continuous improvement</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">CRM management experience&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to read, write, and speak/understand English fluently</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>WORK ENVIRONMENT &amp;
