The ability to develop a schedule that gives you the work life balance you deserve.  <strong>Make a difference AND love doing it.</strong></li>\n <li>A small, <strong>employee-centric</strong> organization driven by our collective <strong>commitment to ABA excellence.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>#ZR</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>A Day in the Life:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop meaningful, evidenced-based, hierarchical programming based on data, progress and the continued assessment of the client.</li>\n <li>Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to the RBT’s on patient caseload.</li>\n <li>Provide on-going direct and indirect family guidance that are necessary for programming success.</li>\n <li>Conduct consistent communication with all treatment team members.</li>\n <li>Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers outside of Golden Steps.</li>\n <li>Review data on a timely basis and communicate when needed to team members.</li>\n <li>Maintain professional boundaries as indicated by the BACB.</li>\n <li>Perform comprehensive initial intake and perform recurring assessments.</li>\n <li>Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload.</li>\n <li>Other tasks as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>Who we are: </strong></p>\n<p>Golden Steps ABA is on a mission to change lives—one step at a time.
