    "description": "<p><strong>Work Authorization Requirements</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Must be authorized to work in the United States</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Monitor and measure all projects in a manner that assures profitability, quality control, safety, and timely completion while building and sustaining an environment that provides the highest level of integrity &amp; customer service.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Job Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><u>Profit/Quality Control</u></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Review project information prior to mobilization to ensure complete understanding of the scope of work, material specifications, safety plans, precautions, and contact time constraints</li>\r\n\t<li>Develop production plan</li>\r\n\t<li>Organize foreman will activities and ensure proper staffing for all necessary positions</li>\r\n\t<li>Monitor quality control as well as weekly planned and completed production</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><u>Customer Service</u></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Work closely with the scheduling department to assure a gap free environment with pre-start p notifications</li>\r\n\t<li>Monitor and bring to conclusion all warranty work and client issues</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><u>Policy and Safety Management</u></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Assure all company policies on safety, equipment management and vehicle management are being adhered to.</li>\r\n\t<li>Manage the company jobsite safety programs to assure foreman are adhering to the company&rsquo;s safety requirements and procedures.</li>\r\n\t<li>Analyze the safety plan for all aspects of the job</li>\r\n\t<li>Assure the required safety&nbsp; toolbox talks are being completed and signed off by every employee</li>\r\n\t<li>Assure follow through with foreman on compliance with Safety Inspection Reports and Corrective Actions</li>\r\n\t<li>Assure vehicles and equipment are cleaned, organized and in good working order, and all regular inspections and maintenance is performed</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
