      "content": "<h3>Transportation &amp; Mobilization</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Conduct required vehicle and equipment inspections before and after use</li>\n<li>Safely transport equipment, tools, and materials using CDL-A commercial vehicles</li>\n<li>Verify proper load securement and inspect transported equipment</li>\n<li>Confirm compliance with permits related to oversized or overweight loads</li>\n\n<h3>Emergency Response &amp; Field Operations</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Participate in job planning discussions and safety meetings before beginning work</li>\n<li>Assist with mobilization and setup activities at project sites</li>\n<li>Load, unload, move, and stage equipment and materials needed for field operations</li>\n<li>Support rail recovery efforts, material transfer projects, and track-related construction activities</li>\n<li>Help restore work areas and secure equipment for transport upon project completion</li>\n\n<h3>Equipment &amp; Technical Support</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Assist with setup, inspection, operation, and teardown of cranes and specialized equipment</li>\n<li>Support rigging operations involving chains, slings, cables, and winches</li>\n<li>Operate heavy machinery when qualified, including:\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Cranes</li>\n<li>Excavators</li>\n<li>Backhoes</li>\n<li>Dump trucks</li>\n<li>Grapple trucks</li>\n<li>Additional construction and lifting equipment</li>\n\n\n<li>Utilize hydraulic systems, welding equipment, cutting torches, electrical tools, and standard hand tools during assignments</li>\n\n<h3>Maintenance &amp; Readiness</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Monitor equipment condition to maintain operational readiness</li>\n<li>Perform routine servicing and document maintenance activities</li>\n<li>Report significant repair needs to supervisory personnel</li>\n<li>Assist with equipment breakdown, loading, and transport at project completion</li>\n<li>Replenish vehicles and equipment with necessary supplies and replacement parts</li>\n<li>Sort and organize reusable materials and scrap after assignments</li>\n\n<h3>Safety &amp; Team Support</h3>\n\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Follow all company safety requirements and operational procedures</li>\n<li>Maintain clean, organized vehicles, equipment, and work areas</li>\n<li>Demonstrate flexibility in supporting other operational teams when needed</li>\n<li>Work professionally and safely around coworkers, equipment, and active job sites</li>\n\n\n</ul></li></ul></ul></li></ul></ul></ul>"
