          "text": "<p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>As our new Interconnection Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor to developers, utilities, and other stakeholders navigating the large load or generator interconnection process across major ISO/RTO markets. You will bring a rare combination of regulatory fluency and technical depth, helping our clients anticipate process challenges, respond to study results, and drive projects through to successful queue completion.</p><p>This is not a role defined by a single ISO or a single project type. Our clients operate across ISO-NE, NYISO, PJM, ERCOT,MISO, and other markets, bringing projects ranging from offshore wind and large-scale solar PV to battery storage. What ties it all together is the need for someone who can bridge regulatory process and power systems engineering with equal confidence.</p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities will be:</strong></p><p>• Serve as lead advisor on generator interconnection strategy for a diverse portfolio of renewable energy and storage clients spanning multiple ISO/RTO markets</p><p>• Navigate and interpret ISO/RTO tariffs, interconnection procedures, and queue reform developments, translating regulatory complexity into actionable client guidance</p><p>• Review and critically evaluate interconnection feasibility studies, system impact studies, and facility studies, identifying issues and developing response strategies</p><p>• Coordinate and manage information exchanges between clients, ISOs, and transmission owners throughout the interconnection queue process</p><p>• Support clients during interconnection agreement negotiations and LGIA/SGIA execution, drawing on both technical and commercial understanding</p><p>• Monitor evolving FERC policy and ISO/RTO rule changes, including Order 2023 implementation, and advise clients on implications for their project portfolios</p><p>• Collaborate with internal power systems engineers on interconnection-related modeling, load flow, and short circuit analysis to ensure technical positions are well-grounded</p><p>• Contribute to business development, proposals, and client presentations, serving as a visible Ramboll subject matter expert in the interconnection space</p><p>• Mentor junior staff developing expertise in interconnection process and regulatory affairs</p>",
