This person will follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly <strong>Elements Massage Wellness Program</strong>, build customer loyalty, and support membership retention.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Lead WMA</strong> will be responsible for <strong>lead management, outreach, and conversion</strong>, serving as a key <strong>membership sales driver</strong> for the studio.
